So Wanda and Pietro’s parents were killed when they were ten by a Stark mortar shell. Tony was seen testing his missiles in the first Iron Man movie in 2008, so we can deduce that the death of the Maximoff twin’s parents happened sometime around 2008 or 2009. That being said, If Wanda was 10 in 2009-ish, during her first appearance in AoU in 2015, so she would’ve been 16ish. Then in Civil war, when she was marked a war criminal, she was 17. Imagine being 17 and being brandished as a war criminal. Tony even says to Steve “She’s not a US citizen and they don’t grant Visa’s to weapons of mass destruction.” then Steve retaliates with “C’mon, Tony. She’s a kid!” So that means she was on the run at the age of 18 or 19. During Infinity War, she was given the task to kill her love, probably first love, and to blast the stone to hell and back. Wanda Maximoff is so extremely strong at such a young age. If anyone tries to fight me saying that she is a weak link in the group, think about this. She is so goddamn young and she has been through so much shit. She never got to be a kid, never got to be with friends. She was confined to a tiny cell and tortured and experimented on.
