sherlock & vicki

Sherlock’s face during this entire scene was priceless.

If I don’t reblog Vicky I’m probably dead.

I love how, at every turn, Sherlock is thrown, even if just for a moment, by Vicki’s answers.  He knows that somehow she fits the pattern, but she’s challenging all of his immediate perceptions of what the pattern is.  She’s not, by her exterior, immediately deduce-able (though I imagine after a half second of thought Sherlock’s response is always, “Oh, yes, obvious.”  I love that this woman is presented on the surface as older (and still single, oh the horror!), with wrinkles and roots showing, working a “menial” job as a maid, and not only is she the kinkiest and perhaps most self-analytical woman in the bunch (I STILL want to hear all 10 of her Ideal Man criteria) but also the outlier and the continual wrench in each of Sherlock’s theories.

I will never not want to know more, see more and hear more from Vicki.

I would like a whole show about Vicki plzkthx.

I also like that the show doesn’t seem to be laughing *at* Vicky for being kinky and middle aged, etc. She’s very clearly winning at life.
