Request: If you please….don’t use “a discovery of witches” for “anti-a discovery of witches” posts.
I’d suggest “anti-adow” or “anti-adowtv”.
I am not a fan of blocking blogs for simply not liking what I like, but with a small fandom still, going into the tag to look for content is my best option. And since I’m mobile a lot, adding another tag I’m meant to blacklist isn’t going to help. The only way I can not see the anti-adow posts right now is to block the user and I’m certain there are some nice people who I wouldn’t want to block but don’t have a choice.
Just a request again. But I’d be appreciative if you did. Just need to escape a bit into the show and the books I found I love.
I know a lot of people are thinking WTF? The pent up sexual frustration after 1500 fallow years must be insane!
Mating in vampire terms is not about sex. [Like I’m an expert – but whatever. Just going on what it says in the books]
Sex = Sex. And you can bet he’s had a lot of that. Juliette for example – and we know there are more lovers in his past.
Mating = Bound together forever.
Yep Diana – you have NO IDEA what you have agreed to.
Any ADOW experts out there who can explain it better than me please?
“Mating” in vampire terms (or wolf pack terms within the animal kingdom) means two individuals are bounded for life…at least this is what I recall from the book. Deborah Harkness even devoted a chapter where Matthew Clairmont explained to Diana that she is now considered his “wife” (sorry for spoiling for those who haven’t read the book) after their “we are now one” declaration and after Ysabeau accepting Diana as a daughter. There is even a scene in the book where Diana jokingly mention she needs a dictionary that can translate what vampires say as it means different things. 😂
Yeah, I mean if Diana didn’t know about the Covenant then she definitely didn’t know about mating.
